Please let us know of any obstacles like fences, narrow pathways, gates, stairs and backyard low clearance Trees, Hanging Electric lines, concrete or pipe lines underneath grass or any road construction locations that may cause delivery delays. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, so the more we know up front the better our service will be.

All Rental Deposits are non-refundable except for bad weather cancelations. You may reschedule any other day available within 1 year. See Weather Policy for bad weather cancelations.
Strict Policy:
The inflatable unit should not be operated if the winds exceed 15 mph or in rain with thunder or lightning conditions. We will not set up in this weather condition. You may reschedule or we can refund your rental deposit due to bad weather.

Safe & Fun: Safety First: Read and follow safety warnings and rules posted on the inflatable prior to use. Take note of any restrictions. Children should be supervised by a responsible adult. You will be given a Waiver to sign the day of your reservation with more information such as what is not allowed inside the inflatables for kids safety and what to do in case you have a
loss of electrical power or if bad weather arrives while using rental equipment and more information. With precaution, we want the kids to have a fun, safe and good bouncing experience.
